Amped Mustard-based BBQ Sauce

Description: This zesty mustard-based barbeque sauce is my novel twist on a classic Carolina Gold BBQ sauce. One taste and you're sure to do a double-take!
Yield: Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
Ingredients
1/3 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Stone ground mustard
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chipotle smoked red jalapeno powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan on medium heat. Once at a rolling simmer, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.
Use immediately on baked or grilled meats like pulled pork, or chicken. Store any unused portion in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
