Description: This sweet, and spicy mango-inspired pepper sauce is delicious on grilled meats, like grilled cuts of beef, chicken, and pork. Try it out and leave a comment of how you used it below!

Yield: Makes about 2 cups of sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 6 habanero peppers, stemmed, de-seeded and rough chopped

  • 1 orange bell pepper, stemmed, de-seeded and rough chopped

  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and chunked

  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp avocado oil

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

Add to a small sauce pot and simmer on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Adjust salt and spice at the end if needed. Store in mason jar or other heat-proof containers until ready to use. Brush onto meats during the baking or grilling process! Great on wings (see my Mango Habanero Chicken Wings Recipe) and ribs! Enjoy!
