Yield: Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
Ingredients:
6 habanero peppers, stemmed, de-seeded and rough chopped
1 orange bell pepper, stemmed, de-seeded and rough chopped
2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and chunked
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp avocado oil
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
Add to a small sauce pot and simmer on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust salt and spice at the end if needed. Store in mason jar or other heat-proof containers until ready to use. Brush onto meats during the baking or grilling process! Great on wings (see my Mango Habanero Chicken Wings Recipe) and ribs! Enjoy!
