Homemade Salsa

Description: Salsa may be considered one of the most popular summertime dips for chips of all shapes, sizes, and varieties. This is my go-to recipe for a quick and tasty salsa that is sure to please!

Yield: Recipe serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 onion very roughly chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, grated

  • 4 Thai chilis

  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • ½ cup Cholua Hot pepper sauce, or preferred hot sauce

Directions:

Add everything to a food processor and pulse several times until desired consistency is reached.

Remove the salsa to a serving dish. Serve with Homemade Tortilla Chips or other preferred chips.
