Fall Snack Crackers

Description: This quick fall-inspired snack made with crackers, cranberry sauce, goat cheese, and walnuts makes a great addition snack Rolodex!
Yield: Recipe make 1 serving of snack crackers
Ingredients:
1 serving Wheat Thins (or preferred snack cracker)
1 -2 tablespoons Spiced Cranberry Preserves
1 serving of Goat Cheese (or preferred cheese)
Walnuts or Pecans, for toppings
Instructions:
Lay out one serving of your chosen crackers on a serving dish.
Smear the cranberry preserves onto each cracker.
Add your desired cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
Top each cracker with a walnut or pecan half. Enjoy!
Notes:
These snack crackers are also great using my Apple Butter or Pumpkin Butter recipes instead of the cranberry preserves.
I prefer these soft cheeses here but any cheese you have on hand will still make a tasty treat. if using sliced cheese, break the slice into smaller pieces close to the size of your cracker.
You can also serve these snack crackers alongside fresh fruit and/or vegetables for a more filling snack.
