Pumpkin Cookies & Cream Cocktail

Description: In the fall season, I do enjoy pumpkin flavored things and so was inspired to create this creamy pumpkin pie flavored cocktail! If you enjoy pumpkin pie, I think you'll enjoy this a drink!
Yield: Recipe makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
2 ½ ounces of Molly’s Pumpkin Irish Cream Liqueur (or regular Irish Cream liqueur)
1 ounce Whiskey
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Syrup
1 tablespoon heavy cream or half & half
1/2 of a Cinnamon Graham Cracker, crumbled, for rim
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, for rim
Pinch of fresh grated nutmeg, for topping
Pinch of ground cinnamon, for topping
Directions:
Add the graham cracker, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar to a small sandwich bag. Crush the graham cracker in the bag then shake to mix ingredients. Pour into a shallow dish.
Pour 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice syrup in another shallow dish.
Roll the rim of the cocktail glass in the syrup first, then in the graham cracker mixture. Set aside.
Add Ice to a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients, except nutmeg, to the shaker. Shake vigorously.
Strain into waiting cocktail glass. Add the pinch of nutmeg on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
