Description: Chai is one of my favorite fall-inspired drink flavors and this warm cocktail made of Whisky Liqueur, Horchata, and Chai Concentrate is one of the most delicious liqueur drinks I've ever had!

Yield: Recipe makes 1 mixed drink

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Chai Concentrate

  • 2 ounces Drambuie Whisky Liqueur

  • 2 ounces Horchata Liqueur

  • 1 teaspoon Honey, or to taste (optional)

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • 1 Star Anise

  • Pinch of fresh ground nutmeg

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Directions:

In a small pot, warm the chai concentrate, star anise, cinnamon stick, and honey on low heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the Drambuie and horchata to the pot and let steep for one more minute to warm it up.

Pour the warmed drink into an 8 ounce mug. Top with nutmeg and cinnamon. Garnish with the steeped cinnamon stick and star anise. Enjoy!
