Description: This Marion Berry Oatmeal Cookie Crisp might be one of the best dessert creations I've ever made! Absolutely heavenly!

Yield: Recipe makes 1 dessert

Ingredients:

Directions:

The Marion Berry Syrup, homemade granola, and the cookies (or frozen cookie dough) should be made in advance so they are ready to go. The only thing you should need to do when you’re ready to enjoy this dessert is bake the cookies fresh from the frozen cookie dough or warm the pre-cooked cookies and assemble the dessert.

When the cookie dough has thawed for 30 minutes and is ready to bake the cookies, bake at 325 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. If using already baked cookies, warm the cookies at 325 degrees F for 3-4 minutes.

Plate the warm cookie on a serving plate. Top with a scoop of the coconut milk ice cream. Sprinkle the granola on top! Drizzle the Marion Berry syrup on top and around the plate. Add a few Marion berries to the top and around the plate. Enjoy!
