Description: This creamy, dreamy coconut and whiskey cocktail scratches my holiday itch for EggNog but without the eggs!

Yield: Recipe makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Full-fat coconut cream (or other non-dairy cream)

  • 2 ounces coconut liqueur

  • 1 ounce Drambuie

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring or vanilla extract

  • Fresh grated nutmeg & fresh grated cinnamon, for topping

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously.

Strain into a cocktail glass.

Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Serve and enjoy!
