Brandy Cran-Pear Sunset

Description: This cool-looking, uniquely-flavored, fall-inspired cocktail, made with pear liqueur, apple brandy, and cranberry syrup, is sure to become a favorite in your drink rolodex.

Yield: Makes 1 Drink

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 ounces Pear Juice or Pear Nectar

• 2 ounces of Apple Brandy

• 1 ounce Pear Liqueur

• 1-2 Tablespoon cranberry syrup, to taste

• 1/2 lime, juiced

• Pear slice, Lime wedge, fresh cranberries, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Combine Pear juice, pear liqueur and Brandy. Set aside 1/3 of the mixture.

Pour 2/3 of the pear juice mixture into 12 ounce High Ball glass filled with ice. Set aside.

Add 2 tbsp. cranberry syrup to the reserved pear mixture and stir to combine. Slowly pour the cranberry mixture down the side of the highball glass, tilting the glass to match your pouring angle. If done correctly, the cranberry mixture should settle on the bottom of the glass, creating a nice color layering effect.

Garnish with lime wedge, pear slice and/or cranberries.
